Privacy notice

This notice explains how BBO Think Tank handles the information you give us when you request The BBO Sandbox Benchmark Report through this website. We keep the process light and we collect only what we need to send you the report and to stay in touch if you have agreed to that.
What we collect
- Your work email address, which you enter on the request form.
- Your organisation, if you choose to provide it (this field is optional).
- Your consent choice and the time of your request.
- Limited technical data needed to run the bot check and protect the form, including your IP address, handled through Cloudflare Turnstile.
We do not ask for, and we do not want, special category data or any information beyond the above.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use your email address to send you a one-time, single-use link to download the report. That link expires after one hour. Confirming your address this way also acts as a light check that the report reaches genuine professional readers.
Where you have ticked the consent box, we may also send you occasional related insights. The legal basis for sending the report is to take steps you have asked for; the legal basis for any further messages is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, acting on our instructions, to run this site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the lead record and download tokens, and runs the bot check.
- Resend delivers the download-link email on our behalf.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your lead record while there is a good reason to, for example to recognise repeat requests and to manage any insights you have agreed to receive. Download links and their single-use markers are short lived and expire within one hour. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from any further messages at any time. To do any of these, contact us at privacy@bbothinktank.com. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your data protection regulator.
