These terms apply when you use this website and when you read or download The BBO Sandbox Benchmark Report ("the report"). By using the site you accept these terms.
The report is information, not advice
The report is a comparative study prepared for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for professional advice on your own situation. Before acting on anything in the report, take advice that takes account of your specific facts and the law in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy
We have prepared the report with care and drawn on primary sources, but law and regulation in this area move quickly. We do not warrant that the report is complete, current, or free from error, and we are not obliged to update it. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Your download link
When you request the report we email you a one-time link. That link is for your own use, works once, and expires after one hour. Please do not share it. We may decline or withdraw access where a request looks automated, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
Use of the report
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to read the report and to share it within your own organisation for internal purposes. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution to BBO Think Tank. You may not republish the report in full, sell it, or present it as your own work without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The report, this website, and their content are owned by BBO Think Tank or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights. Except for the limited rights set out above, all rights are reserved.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the report or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always appear on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
